AUTHORS GUIDELINE & FULLTEXT SUBMISSION

GUIDELINES OF WRITING

The template files for abstracts, full papers and poster submissions have been given on the congress website.

• The manuscript should be doubled-spaced, 2.5 cm margins on the right, left, top and bottom, and with Times New Roman (Title 12 pt, author names 11 pt, the address information and corresponding author information 10 pt, the text 11 pt and the references 10 pt) style. All titles and paragraphs within the text should be justified without indentation. For complete text reports, the entire manuscript should be prepared within 24 pages (double-spaced).
• The title of the article should be written in title case, with the initial uppercase letters, bold, centered, and in the language of the work. Subtitles should also be in title case, with the initial uppercase letters, bold, and left-aligned, in the language of the manuscript.
• Previously presented as oral/poster abstracts at congress/symposium, or in studies containing sections from postgraduate theses or projects supported by various institutions such as TÜBİTAK, DPT, BAP, etc., this situation should be indicated with an asterisk (*) as a superscript on the title of the manuscript. Details should be showed as a footnote on the first page of the manuscript.
• Authors: Without using titles, first names should be written in lowercase letters, except for the initial letter, and surnames should be written in uppercase letters and centered. A superscript number should be assigned above the surname for the author's address, and the full address should be written below the author(s) section, in regular and centered format.
• *The corresponding author's email should be written below the addresses as centered.
• The research article includes; Title, Abstract, Key Words, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Conflict of Interest, Author Contribution, Acknowledgements (if necessary), and References.
• The abstract should has 250-400 words.
• Figures: Any type of figure, illustration, graph, map, photograph, and similar materials included in the manuscript should be referred as Figure.
• Tables: The charts and the tables should be presented as ‘‘Table’’ in the manuscript.
• The all manuscript, including tables and figures, a decimal point should be used instead of a comma as the decimal separator.
• The formating the citations in the text and references follow the rules of the APA style which is given below. The referencess should be listed in alphabetical order in the manuscript.
